If you have never used Lemon Balm before – official name – ‘Melissa officinalis’ you will be amazed at its different uses!

This lemon-scented, bee friendly herb can be used in a variety of ways, culinary and medicinal. From using on the skin to repel midges, to making a relaxing tea, the leaves can also be used to add a citrus flavour to salads, soups and poultry. 🐝🍋🌿

This year a bumper crop of Lemon Balm means we are selling the excess in our Garden Centre for just £4.50 a pot! 🪴
