If you would like to get fitter, get outdoors more and meet new people for FREE, then why not come along to Get Outdoors Lanarkshire’s weekly Health Walk, which leaves from CCI at Langloch Farm every Thursday at 11.00am. Each walk lasts only an hour and is at a gentle pace.
