It was a wonderful afternoon filled with great conversations and laughter (and plenty of coffee and cakes).
Events like this are a small way to say thank you to our amazing volunteers for the time they give to supporting others. We’re already looking forward to the next one! 💛

Everyone at CCI is deeply saddened by the news that our former chairperson Neil MacDonald has passed way.
Neil was hugely influential during CCI’s development from a small passionate group to an award-winning social enterprise, he helped guide us through challenging and uncertain times and was instrumental in the acquisition and refurbishment of Langloch Farm as a thriving community anchor hub.
Everyone that knew him will be aware of the incredible insight and wisdom that he was so generous with and his calm presence in the face of every crisis was a reassurance to all. Most importantly, Neil cared deeply about his community in general and the people who faced the greatest disadvantages in particular and always maintained their interests first in every decision that we made.
CCI as an organisation and I personally owe Neil a huge debt of gratitude.
Our thoughts are with Marion, Ainslie, Gillies, Maybury and Wren along with his wider family and friends.
