Made from specially selected Scottish seaweed, a 100% sustainable food source, they are packed with iodine, so they are good for the mind and the planet! 🧠🌎
They are also calorie free! (Not really but 2/3 isn't bad!)

Everyone got the chance to take a well-deserved break, relax, and connect!
It was a wonderful afternoon filled with great conversations and laughter (and plenty of coffee and cakes).
Events like this are a small way to say thank you to our amazing volunteers for the time they give to supporting others. We’re already looking forward to the next one! 💛
