If you're interested in gut health and the benefits of fermented foods, but not sure where to start , then come along on Saturday 25th April to our Sauerkraut Workshop, an introduction to making your very own sauerkraut.
The workshop will be run by renowned expert on all things fermented, Janice Clyne of Nourished by Nature.
The workshop runs from 11am to 1pm and costs £68.
