If you are interested in fermented foods but not sure where to start , then come along on Saturday 25th April to our Sauerkraut Workshop, an introduction to making your very own sauerkraut.
The workshop will be run by a renowned expert on all things fermented, Janice Clyne of Nourished by Nature.
Learn about the many benefits of fermented foods for overall gut health.
You will learn how to make your own Sauerkraut and make a jar to take home.
The workshop runs from 11am to 1pm and costs £68.
