Clydesdale Community Initiatives
An Asset Based, Person Centred Exemplar of Health Improvement and Inclusion. Clydesdale Community Initiatives (CCI) supports people to contribute to their community.
Our participants face a range of challenges; health, disability and social circumstances, but our focus is always on their strengths and interests.
We create opportunities for people to make a contribution to social enterprise and community activities and support them to use their participation to improve their health, learn new skills, increase their confidence and feel recognised as a valued member of their community.
