Our Participants don’t just come from the Lanark area. You may be surprised to learn that we have Participants travelling in from throughout the greater Clydesdale area; from Leadhills to Uddingston via Strathaven, all the way through to Tarbrax; the Clydesdale in our name suddenly doesn’t seem like an exaggeration afterall.
So how does this affect YOU as a company? The answer is straight forward. You want to provide measurable Community Engagement with an established award winning Charity and Social Enterprise – for both your employees and residents within your business address’ geographic area. Supporting our Participants allows them to gain skills, experience, and confidence which they can in turn transform into volunteering and – ideally – employment in their local community.
In exchange for your support, we have put together benefit packages unique to each level of support. Lannraig
- 2 full days booking of our Barn Conference Room or Boardroom for training and events – includes 25% discount on catered lunch & refreshments from The Barn Tearoom
- 1 full day arranged access to our award-winning Social Enterprises as staff-wellness/volunteer days
- Prominent listing on our website and within our Annual Report
- Social media promotional post announcing your support and showcasing your organisation including biography;
- 50% discount for (x2) tickets to our Gala Event – includes listing within the Programme of Events
Bonnington
- 3 full days booking of our Barn Conference Room or Boardroom for training and events – includes 25% discount on catered lunch & refreshments from The Barn Tearoom.
- 3 full days arranged access to our award-winning Social Enterprises for your organisations’ Healthy Working Lives and staff-wellness/volunteer days.
- 50% discount for (x4) tickets to our Gala Event, with your logo prominently displayed within the Gala Programme – also includes a written note of thanks.
- Prominent listing within our Annual Report.
- Social Media posting regarding your support, and regular supporter biography posts throughout the year.
Tinto
- Your logo placed on all CCI vehicles.
- 4 full days use of our Barn Conference Room or Boardroom for presentations and staff training – includes 25% discount on a fully catered lunch and refreshments from The Barn Tearoom.
- 4 full days arranged access to our award winning Social Enterprises for Community Engagement and Staff wellness/reward days.
- 10% Discount Card valid for all Langloch Farm Enterprises (Woodcraft, Garden Centre, Botanics, and Tearoom)
- Reserved Table at our Gala Event with 50% discount on (x8) tickets with complimentary wine/prosecco for the table to start the evening.
- Prominent listing within the Gala Programme, including a vote of thanks during speeches and AV Presentation.
- Prominent listing within our Annual Report, several social media postings throughout the year on all our platforms promoting our partnership, with specific “focus” postings dedicated to promoting your organisation on our platforms.
Corporate Sponsorship Terms & Conditions
1. The complimentary access to the Conference Room is not required to be used in full on each occasion – half day bookings are acceptable.
2. All Conference Room days must be booked in advance – it is a popular venue with outside parties.
3. At least 10 weeks’ notice is required to utilise the “Enterprise Access” reward – you will be engaged in activities in the same areas as our Participants so we need to ensure we have suitable staffing/support levels to cater for additional persons being on site.
4. The Enterprise Access Days do not require to be used in full day units – half day access will be acceptable, but unused days cannot be rolled over to the next year.
5. All organisations and companies choosing the Tinto Tier will be responsible for providing a suitable resolution image of their Logo – we will then organise appropriate printing for adding to vehicles.
6. It will be the companies’ responsibility to advise/remind any CCI booking agent for the Gala Event of their partnership Tier and all rewards associated thereto to ensure discounts are made appropriately.
8. With regard to the 25% to catering and refreshments – we can provide standard facilities including a Tea/Coffee station for the room with an Urn for hot water – the 25% discount would apply to any “bespoke” hot drinks from The Barn Menu, or any cold drinks.
