The benefits of gardening and growing for mental health are well documented and at Clydesdale Community Initiatives, it is a cornerstone of what we do.
As part of Clydesdale Community Initiatives’ Gardening Team, our participants and volunteers become fully involved in the growing process, from seed to sale.
The Garden Centre here at Langloch Farm sells a seasonal range of plants, vegetables and herbs grown by the Gardening Team. Working alongside the Woodcraft Team we are able to also offer a selection of filled hanging baskets and planters – with some of the planters made in-house. Pyrography is also available to turn a common planter into a unique gift for your loved one.
You will also find a selection of seasonal plants and gifts for sale outside the main entrance to the Tea Room.
As with all our Social Enterprises the proceeds from all Garden Centre sales go back into the charity to fund Clydesdale Community Initiatives’s work.
