Clydesdale Community Initiatives (CCI) was established in 2002 to support people, facing barriers to inclusion, to make a contribution to their community, through developing skills and gaining real work experience.
We are grounded in and passionate about our asset based, person centred principles and believe that individuals should be valued for their interests, abilities and contribution to their community and not defined by their disability, illness or disadvantage.
At CCI, ‘everyone contributes, everyone gains’.
Our award winning model empowers individuals to learn new skills, improve their health and wellbeing and most importantly see themselves (and be seen by others) as active members of their community.
Since 2015 our home at Langloch Farm has evolved and developed to embrace and showcase the work of the Charity, with our Tea Room, Gift Shop and Nature Play Areas, opening to the public in 2019.
Find out more about us in the links above.
Board of Directors
CCI is governed by a Board of Directors made up of volunteers from the local area who bring a range of social and business skills to the running of the Charity. They are fully committed to our person centred, asset based model of inclusion and community development.
